Using LoyalStamps

LoyalStamps provides digital loyalty tools for small businesses, including digital stamp cards, rewards, vouchers, customer insights, and messaging features. You are responsible for the information you provide, the offers you create, and your interactions with your customers.

• Keep account information accurate and secure.
• Use customer information only when you have a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unwanted messages.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Trials and subscriptions

Vendor plans may include a 7-day free trial. Pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation options are presented through the vendor portal. Continued access after a trial may require an active subscription.

Content and availability

You retain responsibility for content you submit. You grant LoyalStamps permission to process that content as needed to provide the service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the service.
